Most of the reasons that Wal-Marts don't allow people to spend the night are city, county, and state ordinances, and it's usually cause of those who CAMP at Wal-Mart. If you get there early, put out awning, bbq, or anything else, then you are camping. And you are making it hard for everyone else.
