Michigan towns ban Wal-Mart overnight stays
Fenton and Grand Blanc Townships in Michigan recently outlawed overnight RV stays in their local Wal-Mart parking lots. Officials in Grand Blanc Township claimed "aesthetics" for the new law. An official there said there had been no complaints about overnight parking in its store. If you would like to voice your opinion about the new rules, email Grand Blanc Township town supervisor Jeff Zittel at zittel@twp.grand-blanc.mi.us and/or Fenton Township Supervisor Bonnie K.
