My son and I are traveling to California in a few weeks. Having trouble finding campgrounds open during the winter. We need an electric hookup. We need to watch the budget so KOA is out of the ? (Motel 6 is cheaper than most campgrounds). Our California lodging is provided, but the drive there and back is where we are finding it difficult.
